From those who are just beginning to investigate the adoption process, to "veteran" adoptive parents and birth parents, to pastors and Christians involved in pregnancy counseling -- "Christian Adopt is a place for you to be!"
About Christian Adopt
Christian Adopt is a group of Christian people and families involved in adoption. We are here to help other Christians interested in pursuing adoption as a means of building their families. We are not an adoption agency but rather a source of support, encouragement, and information. We have an e-mail list which provides daily support for our subscribers. There are over 130 families subscribed to the list. We have a group of families who are willing to be a resource to others regarding the different aspects of adoption. Christian Adopt Statement of Faith
We believe in the Triune God, creator of the universe, who is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, three distinct beings in one God.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God, fully man yet fully God.
We believe that we were lost and separated from God because of our sin.
We believe that Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, provided the only way for that relationship with God to be restored, through His sinless life and by His sacrificial death on the cross for our sins.
We believe that we must ask Him into our lives individually and we will share eternal life with Him because of His victory over death by His resurrection.
We believe that Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven and now reigns at the right hand of God and will come again to rule His kingdom here on earth.
We believe that salvation from sin is undeserved and it is only by God's grace that we are saved from eternal separation from Him and there is nothing we can ever do to deserve this.
We believe the Bible is the inerrant and inspired Word of God, is the truth, and it is the final authority for faith and life.
We believe as Christians that we are called by God to fellowship with and encourage and support each other through prayer.
We believe that God has planned, designed, and formed each child with a purpose to know Him and serve Him.
